If you disagree, please stop using the platform.

2. WHAT PREPEDGE IS

PrepEdge is an AI-powered mock interview practice platform.

IMPORTANT: PrepEdge is a practice tool only. We do not guarantee job placement, interview success, or any specific career outcome. Results are for practice purposes only.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

  • →You are responsible for your account security
  • →One account per person
  • →Provide accurate information
  • →You must be 13+ to use PrepEdge

4. FREE TIER

  • →2 mock interviews per month
  • →We reserve the right to change limits with 7 days notice

5. PAID PLANS

  • →Charged monthly or as specified
  • →Payments processed by Razorpay
  • →Refund policy: full refund within 24 hours of purchase if fewer than 1 interview completed
  • →No refunds after that

6. YOUR CONTENT

  • →Your interview answers belong to you
  • →You grant PrepEdge license to use anonymized answers to improve the platform
  • →We will never share identifiable answers

7. AI DISCLAIMER

  • →Feedback is generated by AI
  • →AI evaluation may not be perfect
  • →Always seek human feedback for important career decisions
  • →PrepEdge is not a substitute for professional career counseling

8. PROHIBITED USE

Do not use PrepEdge to:

  • →Attempt to break or hack the platform
  • →Create fake accounts to abuse free tier
  • →Scrape or copy our question bank
  • →Use for any illegal purpose

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • →PrepEdge name, logo, and question bank are owned by PrepEdge
  • →Do not copy or reproduce without permission

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PrepEdge is provided "as is."
We are not liable for:

  • →Any career outcomes
  • →Data loss (though we work hard to prevent it)
  • →Service interruptions
  • →Any indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Indian law.
Disputes resolved in courts of India.

International users: By using PrepEdge you agree to Indian jurisdiction.

12. CHANGES

We may update these terms.
Continued use = acceptance.
Significant changes notified by email.
